Technical Writing

Over the course of a Semester, a group of 6 (including myself) worked closely with a local non-profit organization to develop documentation for a complete rebuild of their website, adding of a database, and implementing a file sharing solution. These requirements let to this document.

There entire document is an analysis of their current IT systems, recommendations, and specifications on what the proposed ‘system’ would entail. The lengthy 224-page document goes into great detail about each feature with use cases covering every imaginable action and feature.
